Kairos in Company supports your mental health and wellbeing with individual coaching and consulting.

Coaching

At the very heart of Kairos Coaching and Consulting you find packages for individual guidance over several weeks. This allows you to commit, be stay accountable and therefore achieve sustainable behavior change. We use specific exercises, repeated individual success checks, and adjustments, tailored to your needs. 🌟

After we defined your goal for the coaching process, we develop your set-up and educate you about pro´s/cons and what we have to keep an eye on to reach your goal.

The longer we can accompany you, the more sustainable the changes will be and transform your life. But we get it, time is precious and you most likely have a budget. So we build several packages for you to choose from.

To support your growth, the longer packages include lower hourly rates.

Some of our Companions have different packages and rates. We are happy to provide the details if interested.
Transcranial electric stimulation and Biofeedback devices can not be used in Kairos Impulse, as it needs longer support.

Consulting

Our Consulting features intense advice and working material. The initial session is 90 minutes follow-up´s can be 60 minutes.

If you want to get toknow us and our workstyle or if you need a quick refresher on a topic you already worked on. If you are already experienced in personal development and growth this could be the right offer for you.
